  • Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by Reszto.
  • By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products and Services.

  • Reszto offers products and/or services as listed on the website. We strive to describe products and services as accurately as possible, but errors or inaccuracies may occur. Reszto cannot be held liable for typographical, pricing or other errors on the website.
  • Images of products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Products delivered may vary in color, size and appearance from the images on the website.

4. Prices

  • All prices listed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Any shipping or other additional charges will be listed separately during the ordering process.
  • Reszto reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. Order and Conclusion of the Agreement.

  • An agreement is established when the Customer places an order through the website and this order is confirmed by Reszto. The confirmation is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
  • Reszto reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information from the Customer before accepting an order.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, Reszto will notify the Customer as soon as possible and refund any payments made.

6. Payments

  • The Customer can pay for the order through the payment methods offered on the website.
  • Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If payment cannot be processed for any reason, the order will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully completed.

7. Delivery

  • Reszto strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The delivery times listed on the website are indicative and may vary.
  • Delivery takes place at the delivery address provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
  • If delivery is delayed, the Customer will be notified. Reszto cannot be held liable for damages caused by delays in delivery.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer at the time of delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Customer has the right to revoke the purchase of products within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalized or specifically customized for the Customer.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Reszto of the decision to withdraw from the contract in writing or by e-mail within the withdrawal period.
  • The Customer must return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal to the return address provided by Reszto. The products must be in original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned products, Reszto will refund the full purchase price to the Customer, including any standard shipping costs of the original delivery.

9. Warranty and Complaints

  • Reszto guarantees that the products delivered meet the agreement and the reasonable expectations of the Customer based on the product description on the website.
  • If the Customer discovers a defect or problem regarding the product, this must be reported to Reszto in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 2 months after the discovery of the defect.
  • Reszto will assess the complaint and, in consultation with the Customer, offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

10. Liability

  • Reszto is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products supplied by Reszto, unless these damages are the result of intent or gross negligence of Reszto.
  • Reszto's liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product in question.
  • Reszto is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data.

11. Force Majeure

  • In case of force majeure, Reszto shall not be obliged to fulfil its obligations under the agreement. Force majeure means any circumstance beyond Reszto's control that makes the fulfillment of the agreement impossible, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, fire, or government measures.
  • In case of force majeure, Reszto shall be entitled to suspend the execution of the contract or to terminate the contract in whole or in part, without being held liable for any compensation.

12. Intellectual Property Rights.

  • All content on the website, such as text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Reszto or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights.
  • Customer is not permitted to copy, distribute, disclose or use content from the website for commercial purposes without Reszto's written permission.

13. Governing Law and Disputes.

  • All agreements and these Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes arising out of or in connection with the agreement or these Terms shall in the first instance be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

14. Changes to the Terms.

  • Reszto reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the website.
  • If the Customer continues to use Reszto's services after the change of the Terms, the Customer is deemed to agree to the changed Terms.
