Bronzing of sculptures

About the project

Your statue or sculpture bronzed with a real metal coating?

Do you want to give your statue or sculpture a high-quality and professional look? Then bronzing is a wonderful solution. This technique provides your object with a real metal layer, making it look like it was made entirely of solid bronze or another metal - without the weight or cost. Clients can come to us for the entire process, from firing to casting and then finishing with a beautiful coat of metal.

What is bronzing?

Bronzing is a traditional finishing technique in which a thin, real metal layer (such as bronze, copper or zinc) is applied to a sculpture or object using a spraying technique. We have been working for many years with the same partner from the Netherlands, who have the process completely under control so that the most realistic appearances are guaranteed. The sprayed layer is purely aesthetic and gives the work a high-quality metal appearance. Please note that it does not make the object stronger - this is about appearance, not structural reinforcement.

Choose from a variety of metal finishes

At Reszto you can choose from a variety of metal types to create the right look for your sculpture or creation, for example :

  • Bronze - for a classic, timeless look

  • Gunmetal - tough and modern

  • Zinc - sleek and industrial

  • Copper - warm and elegant

It is also possible to work with different patinas (e.g., antique bronze or dark and polished), giving each object a unique finish.

Bronze look, without the price tag

Having a statue or sculpture cast entirely in bronze is expensive and heavy. With a sprayed bronze layer you create a realistic bronze look at a much lower price. Ideal for works of art, restorations, awards or personal objects that deserve that extra touch.
